This program fulfils the required 3.0 CLE hours to maintain VA accreditation before the OGC.

The content of this course covers representation before the VA, claims procedures, basic eligibility for
VA benefits, right to and types of appeals, disability compensation including presumptive conditions
and Nehmer claims, dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC), nonservice connected pension,
and additional information related to both VA and its benefits and to DoD benefits for retired veterans.
